Please choose carefully, as unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange, unless the item is faulty.
To be eligible for a faulty return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It also must be in its original packaging. To complete the return we must have proof of purchase.
Please note due to the nature of the hardware they will experience wear and tear over time.
Once you have posted back your faulty item (at your expense), the item will be inspected and you will receive an email regarding the outcome.
If agreed to being faulty, your funds will be returned within 2-5 business days or you can chose to exchange the item.
As our items are not home made, we are unable to repair any items damaged due to chewing or wear and tear.
